High dirt holding capacity, effective cleaning and consistent filtration
Sun disc filters use thin, polymeric discs that are diagonally grooved on both sides to a specific micron size. These discs are stacked and compressed on a ridge with the upper groove opposite the lower groove. This creates a filtration element with a substantial array of channels that effectively trap solids. The disk stack is housed in a corrosion and pressure resistant enclosure.
